Alumni volunteers are the former staff and participants who have committed to filling their shoes at the Village.

Volunteers are:

* Willing to play a leadership role in reaching out to their community on behalf of GYV, by organizing events, visiting local schools and organizations and by telephoning, writing, and emailing alumni.

* Concerned about maintaining and growing the quantity and quality of prospective youth participants and staff at GYV.

* Willing to dedicate time to GYV.
