
APPLICATION
PROCEDURES
Candidates
must complete an application form and submit two reference forms. Before
filling them out, please do the following:

Review the general GYV program description and information about the
Staff Experience. Especially make note of the Legacy Honor Code to be
sure you are willing to abide by it.

Check your calendar to be sure you are available through at least July
29.

Determine which positions you would like to apply for. If you are not
sure where your skills fit, indicate what positions interest you, contact
us, or leave that section of the application blank. Volunteer applicants
may wish to indicate what positions interest them or this can be discussed
during the interview.
Applications
are reviewed by a team. Only complete applications are considered. If
a position is available which seems to match the applicant's skills
and goals, a telephone or in-person interview will be arranged. Once
a complete application is received, the process can take between 3-8
weeks. Interviews begin in late February. Most final hiring decisions
are made in May. There is no application deadline. As positions
are filled, they will be noted as closed on our website.
International
applicants: Please be sure to read the section titled "Information
for International Applicants."
